Umbra Lux is an expressive aesthetic in which the colour's response to form is activated by human perception. Umbra, meaning the innermost and darkest parts of a shadow. The light source is completely occluded by the body's form. Lux creates a counterpoint, and breathes light through transitional colour. Through this colour and form the design principle creates a sense of inner luminosity, promoting wellbeing and positive productivity. The form is designed to witness a different colour from every angle. Building positive environments through colour.
